  Program Structure

Program Stakeholders (Primary Groups)    
  1. Poor people of deprived and marginalized areas.
  2. Community Base Organizations (CBOs).
  3. Deprived women of deprived areas.
  4. Youth and their organizations.
  5. Minorities and exclude people.     
Program Stakeholders (Secondary Group) 
  • Scattered and hibernated; people, their potential and their organizations. 

   N e t w o r k i n g  &   C o a l i t i o n 

  1.   Regional, provincial and national forums. 
  2.   Conciliatory nonprofits and NGOs. 
  3.   Resource and Training Centers. 
  4.   Human Rights Commission.
    Anticipated Results
  1.  20 Community Based Organizations will be formed and trained into   development concepts and skills.
  2. Nearly 200 people will be involved in participatory development process that will cause never-ending teaching and learning opportunities for others (indirect stakeholders).
  3. 2000 women will be made aware of their basic rights as human beings and their socio-political importance in a democratic society. 
  4.  More than 2000 women will be freed of the chains of outworn customary practices and Publications will help in uprooting degenerative value patterns making parallel development impossible. 
  5. Poverty reduction measures through indigenous skill enhancement would boost     local handicrafts, horticulture and other agro-based livelihoods.
  6. 20 farmers groups will be established, mobilized and given technical support
