To make itself efficient, pro-people and transparent, DASE has maximum involvement of its stakeholders on all levels of its endeavors. Therefore, three out of eight members of executive council has always been representing the people DASE is working for. Among permanent members, some of the prominent scholars, social activists and intellectuals of Multan are also there for inspiration and guidance.
Advisory Board To keep DASE right on the track, in the light of its mission, Advisory Board of seven members plays fundamental role. Advisory Board works as the guardian of the people-centered philosophy of DASE.

Personal Management To meet the structural and functional requirements and professional management of institutional endeavors of DASE Development Institute has evolved comprehensive institutional structure. Program participants have been given place in Executive Council and Advisory Board to ensure people-centered and democratic approach of development. DASE’s management team comprises of Chief Executive and heads of four units to decide all management issues unanimously. Following are the four main organs of DASE Development Institute: § Community Development and Capacity Building Unit (CDCBU)§ Database, Research and Media Relation Unit (DRMRU)§ Monitoring/Evaluation and Public Relations Unit (MEPRU) - Administration and Finance Unit (AFU)
Community Development & Capacity Building Unit
This unit would be responsible for community empowerment, training and capacity building initiatives. The unit would provide specialized trainings and mobilization campaigns for community and community based organizations to ensure their maximum participation in developmental initiated by governments and self-help models.
Database, Research and Media Relations Unit
This unit would bear the responsibility of collecting data and conducting research on program relevant issues from print media and other resources and stores them in database to be used for publications and help media representatives and research scholars. The same unit would be responsible for ensuring better relationship with print and electronic media. The unit would share their information; write articles for newspapers, for better advocacy and mass sensitization. The unit shares the endeavors and findings of DASE through biannual and annual meetings with the representatives of print and electronic media representatives
Monitoring & Evaluation Monitoring, evaluation and appraisal would guide the programs and would not let them steer in the wrong direction. Evaluation, monitoring and appraisal will be done at three under-mentioned levels: Through General Body and Advisory Board General Body and Advisory Board will review the performance of the DASE on annual basis. The Boards will provide program and tactical guidelines for organizational management, finance control and quality management framework.
Through Administration Administration will regularly review plans, budgets, program and staff performance. A quality administrative system will be installed to ensure optimal and wise use of organizational resources. Through Monthly Performance Analysis Monthly meeting would be conducted and reported every month to see through the performance and applied strategies in critical limelight. Monthly reports provided by each program would be scanned and due mitigation strategy of problems will be evolved.
